Bestgo Battery makes high quality Li-ion pouch cells which have thin shape for heat passing and internal resistance reduction. The package foil of cells is a type of aluminum and elastic fibers mixed material which comes from Japan based company (Showa). The aluminum improved the heat passing efficiency, the strong elastic fibers make foil has good strength and tolerence. In extreme condition if cells damaged and generated heat and gas, the package foil can be blown up to hold them but not allow any liquid or gas leak out, this is a very nice safety design.
To enhance the safety reliability, we applied an unique step in manufactuing that is arrange all half-made cells in 75 degree Celsius oven for 2 hours as a high temperature tolerence test. Our unique chemistry formula and nice materials will help cells pass the test. Then we promise pouch cells made by us are quality reliable in high temperature condition as we specified. The electrolyte of our pouch cells are semi-solid state which better than liquid type that may have risk of leak out of cell.

We can put pouch cells into battery module frame, then do laser welding on the cell tabs to the metal sheets on battery modules, by that way we can make sure connection is firmly and good for big current pass. Then we build customized soft-link busbars to connect modules with screws. We can put the battery modules inside metal case, then we build the cell volt wires and temperature sensor wires to the multi-pins connector built on the metal case, so you can use them to connect to your BMS system

Advanced manufacturing technology

Not like traditional organic solvents manufacturing method, Bestgo have cells been made under the nano-level pure water dissolving manufacturing way, which makes benefits for a higher level of quality control, processing optimization and labor saving. This manufacturing method requires much more capital invests in production lines for the fully automatic machines and high precision control equipments. They are acting much better for the key manufacturing steps with full zone monitoring and realtime feedback.

We designed the patent modules and softlink busbars to resist high vibration conditions, applied the thermal conductive designs in package structure, use totally sealed metal case for priority, which makes our batteries have high safety reliability when meet very hard conditions.
